5:30-8:00pm: Meet & Greet / Welcome Reception / Packet Pick Up:
HARBOR HOTEL PROVINCETOWN

Please join us for a hosted Happy Hour at the Cabana Bar within The Harbor Hotel. Registered participants will be able to pick up their goodie bags & event information.
Afterward the socializing continues at the Whaler Lounge (located in the same hotel) for anyone interested in some informal late night eats & drinks.(Guests of registered participants are welcome)

Breakfast on your own:
The Whaler at The Harbor Hotel is open for breakfast beginning at 8AM.
9:30am: Registered participants/riders begin gathering outside the Harbor Hotel for our first group ride. If you’ve rented an ElliptiGO, please plan to be outside in the Harbor Hotel’s parking lot no later than 9:30AM.
10:00am-12:30pm: Our Group Ride of 25 miles begins!
We’ll explore parts of Provincetown (P’Town) & North Truro at a leisurely pace while stopping for opportunities to take photos of the sites as well as some fun group photos!
12:30-1:30pm: Lunch on your own.
1:30-2:30pm: ElliptiGO Maintenance Session – presented by Jeff Caron of ElliptiGO, Inc. (Guests of registered participants are welcome)
3:00-5:00 pm: Visit to the Pilgrim Monument and Museum with an optional climb to the top of the Pilgrim Monument for an exhilarating panoramic view & awesome photos! (Guests of registered participants are welcome)
6:30pm: Group stroll down Commercial St. and dinner.
An informal walk down Commercial St. starting from The Harbor Hotel. We’ll walk past charming seaside East End residences and art galleries eventually leading to independent exploring as you desire when we reach the multitude of shops in the heart of “P-Town”. Dining will be “an eat whatever you wish affair” depending on the cuisine that appeals to you. Choose from a wide array of eateries ranging from counter service to outdoor cafes to sit down restaurants. This evening is another opportunity to immerse yourself in the P-Town culture!

10:00am: Registered participants/riders begin gathering for our group ride.
10:30am-12:00pm: Group Rally Ride – Moderate ride – 20 miles
12:30-2:30 pm: Lunch & social gathering
3:00pm: Farewell for all those traveling home
6:00-8:00pm: Casual dinner meet up for locals and all those not traveling home until Monday
NOTE: Appetizers & drinks will be provided for the Meet & Greet on Friday. All other meals are the responsibility of the individuals.
