Join ElliptiGO Riders of Michigan on Sunday, October 17th for the Harvest Fest bike ride as ElliptiGO enthusiasts take in the splendor of the autumn air in southeast Michigan.

Pre-registration is required:

  • Free for GERC members
  • $10 insurance fee for non-members

Group ride: All levels welcome; no rider left behind!! The group will have a lead GO and a sweep GO. This is a self-supported ride. Please bring water, extra tube, tools and make sure your GO is ready to ride.
Rentals: Participants must provide their own ElliptiGO or make their own arrangements to borrow or rent one. Rentals will not be provided or coordinated by GERC.

9:00AM-Noon: 18-mile group ride

ElliptiGO enthusiasts can enjoy the clean, crisp autumn air as they ride a series of local rail trails and bike paths that encircle and pass directly through the community of Rochester. Offering plenty of tree covered passage, the trails will be exploding with color as the southeastern Michigan area will be at peak coverage. An early stop at Yates Cider Mill for freshly made donuts and cider will provide the perfect fuel during this 18-mile casual ride.

Paint Creek Tavern

The Paint Creek Tavern, affectionately known by locals as the Paint Creek Yacht Club, is the site of Sunday’s afternoon lunch. This historic building located along the Rochester Riverwalk provides convenient access for our hungry riders upon completion of the ride. The Paint Creek Tavern menu offers a variety of appetizers, salads, an assortment of sandwiches, including more than a dozen delicious and decadent burgers. A section on the outdoor patio deck overlooking the Paint Creek has been reserved for our group.
