The 2018 Annual Meeting of the Global ElliptiGO Riders Club will take place on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 5pm PST at 18588 N 94th St., Scottsdale, AZ 85255.
All Club members are invited to attend in person or via conference call. Email was sent to all members on Dec. 4 containing the meeting call-in number and details of the online Board election voting process.
AGENDA: The primary purpose of the meeting is to elect the 2019 Board of Directors. Members may vote either in person or via a secure on-line system that will be available from 6pm PST, Dec. 4, through 6pm PST, Dec. 11.
According to GERC’s by-laws the Board of Directors shall be composed of up to ten members. Candidates for 2019 board membership are listed below. The voting process allows all members to cast one vote per candidate for up to 10 candidates (write-in candidates are permitted). To earn a place on the board, a candidate must receive votes from at least half of the submitted ballots.
