Annual Meeting 2019

The 2019 Annual Meeting of the Global ElliptiGO Riders Club will take place on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 5pm PST at 18588 N 94th St., Scottsdale, AZ 85255.

All Club members are invited to attend via conference call or in person. Email will be sent to all members on Dec. 10 containing the meeting call-in number and details of the online Board election voting process.

AGENDA: The primary purpose of the meeting is to elect the 2020 Board of Directors. Members may vote either in person or via a secure on-line system that will be available from 6pm PST, Dec. 10, through 6pm PST, Dec. 17.

According to GERC’s by-laws the Board of Directors shall be composed of up to ten members. Candidates for 2020 board membership are listed below. The voting process allows all members to cast one vote per candidate for up to 10 candidates. Write-in candidates are permitted. To earn a place on the board, a candidate must receive votes from at least half of the submitted ballots.

Note on candidate slate: all ten candidates below are members of the 2019 Board of Directors and have expressed interest in continuing to serve the Club for another year. In 2020, we will introduce a self-nomination process for members interested in serving on Club committees (events, GOGO, membership, website, etc.) and on the Board of Directors.
