Join us on Saturday, August 22, 2026 for a day of ElliptiGO riding and socializing on Coronado. If you want to make a weekend out of it, stay for Sunday’s Bike the Bay

- Free for GERC members
- Participants who are not annual Club members will be given a free one-day membership upon registration for the event

Group ride: All levels welcome; no rider left behind!! The group will have a lead GO and a sweep GO. This is a self-supported ride. Please bring water, extra tube, tools and make sure your GO is ready to ride.
Rentals: Participants must provide their own ElliptiGO/bike or make their own arrangements to borrow or rent one. Rentals will not be provided or coordinated by GERC.

8:45-9:30AM: Riders gather at our meet-up location, the Coronado Ferry Landing (pictured above). There is plenty of parking nearby. Just unload your GO and walk to our gathering spot.

9:30AM-12:30PM: 22-mile group ride along Coronado’s scenic Bayshore Bikeway down the Silver Strand overlooking San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean to the Bayshore Bikeway “Bike Village”. Coffee and “protein donuts” and lite snacks available at Trident Coffee Roasters. This is the turnaround point. We will return to the Coronado Ferry Landing along the same route.

12:30 – 2:00PM: Lunch at Coronado Ferry Landing. There is a variety of dining choices and plenty of outdoor seating for our group.
