GO Target: Set a riding goal, big or small, but it should be something that is a bit of a stretch for you. If your longest ride is 10 miles then set a goal for 11 miles. Maybe you want to climb a certain hill. Challenge yourself to ride every day for a week. Maybe you want to set a speed goal. It’s your goal, dream BIG.

GO Commute: Commute at least 2 miles from your home to school, work or an appointment. A partial commute (combined with driving or public transport) counts.

GO Sun: Go on a ride around sunrise or sunset. Pause and enjoy the moment.
