Join us on Saturday, September 7, 2019 for a day of ElliptiGO riding and socializing in the Adirondacks and along the shore of Lake Champlain.

Rentals: Participants must provide their own ElliptiGO/bike or make their own arrangements to borrow or rent one. Rentals will not be provided or coordinated by GERC.
Group ride: All levels welcome; no rider left behind!! The group will have a lead GO and a sweep GO. The route is out and back, ending at the start location.
This is a self-supported ride. Please bring water, extra tube, tools and make sure your GO is ready to ride.

7:00-8:00AM – Riders gather at our meet-up location: In front of Crete Memorial Civic Center at Plattsburgh City Beach Park on Lake Champlain. Day parking and restrooms are available.
8:00-Noon – 23-mile group ride. The first four miles take us to the LCT ferry, on which we’ll traverse Lake Champlain to Grand Isle, VT. Ferry fare: $5.50.
On Grand Isle, we’ll ride the easy 15.0 miles Stone Castles Bicycle Loop.

After completing the loop, we’ll take the ferry back to NY, another $5.50 fare, and then finish our ride via the four-mile return to Crete Civic Center.
Noon-1:30PM – Picnic lunch provided by organizer, Adirondack ElliptiGO, LLC. Swimming at beach to cool off upon return. Beach area has restroom facilities.
5:00-7:00PM – Dinner at Irises Cafe & Wine Bar, 20-22 City Hall Place, Plattsurgh, NY. We’ll show video and photos from the group ride during dinner.
