Join us on Saturday, May 14, 2022 for a day of ElliptiGO riding and socializing in Santa Cruz, California. If you want to make a weekend out of it, stay for Sunday’s Strawberry Fields Forever ride.

Group ride: All levels welcome; no rider left behind!! The group will have a lead GO and a sweep GO. This is a self-supported ride. Please bring water, extra tube, tools and make sure your GO is ready to ride. All riders are expected to wear helmets.
Rentals: Participants must provide their own ElliptiGO or make their own arrangements to borrow or rent one. Rentals will not be provided or coordinated by GERC.

There is a great place to get coffee, Verve, on Bronson street, prior to meeting at the start point.

9:30-12:30PM – 25-mile Group Ride Our route is primarily along the beautiful coastline. We’ll have a rest and group photo stop at Natural Bridges State park, and another a few miles later at Longs Marine Lab. After 15 miles, we’ll be back near the start and continue south along the coast for another 5 miles toward Capitola before returning to the finish.

The route has some hills but overall it’s easy to moderate riding. There are ample public bathrooms along the way as well as many photo opportunities.
