Join us on Sunday, March 10, 2024 for a day of ElliptiGO riding and socializing in Tucson. If you want to make a weekend out of it, come early for Saturday’s Tour de Cookie!

Pre-registration is required:

  • Free for GERC members
  • Participants who are not annual Club members will be given a free one-day membership upon registration for the event

Group ride: All levels welcome; no rider left behind!! The group will have a lead GO and a sweep GO. This is a self-supported ride. Please bring water, extra tube, tools and make sure your GO is ready to ride.
Rentals: Participants must provide their own ElliptiGO or make their own arrangements to borrow or rent one. Rentals will not be provided or coordinated by GERC.

10:00-12:30PM – 22 mile group ride We will ride out of the southern part of the park and head south on the Pantano and Harrison Greenway portions of the Tucson Loop. We will turn around at Valencia Rd. and return to Udall Park the same way we went out. Easy ride, gentle climbing on the way out, approximately 500 ft elevation.

8:00AM-noon – Tour de Cookie Join ElliptiGO riders and many other cyclists for the annual Marana Rotary Club Tour de Cookie! Information and registration here. Note: Steve Hughes has created the team “ElliptiGO” in the event’s Team Registration section. If you register in that section, you’ll receive a $5 discount.

The ride generally goes west (out and back) on the Rillito River Path starting at the Rillito Race Track, so there would be no duplication of our Sunday ride route.

After the ride, we’ll partake in a casual meal at one of the St Phillips Plaza restaurants for those interested.
