  • Participants who are not annual Club members will be given a free one-day membership upon registration for the event

Group ride: All levels welcome; no rider left behind!! The group will have a lead GO and a sweep GO. This is a self-supported ride. Please bring water, extra tube, tools and make sure your GO is ready to ride.
Rentals: Participants must provide their own ElliptiGO or make their own arrangements to borrow or rent one. Rentals will not be provided or coordinated by GERC.

There is ample parking on the side of the road, either on Edgewood road or Caañada road. Unload your Elliptigo and meet us where Edgewood road dead ends on Caañada road.

10:00-2:00PM – 22- and 30-mile group rides, with lunch along the way

Starting at 10am, we will all do the 22-mile route, including a stop for lunch.

We will ride through the San Andreas fault alongside the Crystal springs reservoir, primarily on a paved off-road path, ending at the San Andreas dam where we will have lunch. On the way back we will stop at the famous Water Temple, which designates the site where the pure Hetch Hetchy water from Yosemite reaches the Crystal Springs reservoir, providing drinking water to San Francisco and other nearby cities. There will be some gentle slopes and a total of 1000 feet of climbing.

After returning to the start, Dan will lead interested riders for 8 additional miles to yield a 30-mile ride with 1500′ of elevation gain.
